Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once the order is validated in our system, it enters the fulfillment workflow. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times & Methods
Transit times vary based on destination and carrier capacity. Standard delivery windows are:

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected service level. Promotional free-shipping thresholds may apply and will be clearly displayed on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates depend on carrier system refresh rates and may require up to 24 hours to display the first scan.
Incorrect Addresses
FLEXENO is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incomplete or incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer. If an order is returned to sender due to inaccurate details, reshipment costs may apply.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in FLEXENO’s pricing or shipping fees.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If a package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, customers are required to contact our support team within 48 hours. FLEXENO will coordinate with the carrier to initiate an investigation and provide the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
